- The Maintenance Planner is the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the plants Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Planning
Responsibilities
Maintain
- accurate
- equipment records in SAP
- ; including updating master data and decommissioning equipment removed during capital projects
- .
- Setup and maintain all predictive and preventative maintenance plans in SAP to
- maximize equipment reliability.
Setup

- in SAP for each piece of equipment, including frequency, mechanic
- tasks, parts needs, tools needed, safety procedures.
- Maintain rebuild schedules in SAP for all critical equipment.

- Report on maintenance performance to plant management and other maintenance leadership.
- Monitor, analyze, and report data related to component failure to detect trends and seek alternative solutions focused on eliminating the root cause of failures.

Parts Room Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise parts room, inventory, and its employees.
- Collaborate with Procurement to oversee purchasing of all MRO.
- Manage inventory stock levels to maintain high equipment availability.
- Ensure all regulatory and internal compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
At
least 1 year
of
- experience as a maintenance planner or coordinator preferred
- .
- At least 1 year of experience managing maintenance inventories preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial maintenance.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- .
- Aptitude to learn new systems and processes.
2- or 4-year
- degree
- or related work experience
- required
- .
Computer Skills
Proficiency with computers is a must. Experience with ERP
and CMMS
- software (SAP Preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and Business Intelligence tools (Qlik Sense Preferred) is desired.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies is required.
Physical Requirements
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50#.
Working Environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.
- The employee is regularly exposed to wet conditions.
- The employee is regularly exposed to high noise environments.
- The employee is regularly exposed to outside weather in all conditions.
