  • The Maintenance Planner is the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the plants Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Responsibilities

Maintain

  • Setup and maintain all predictive and preventative maintenance plans in SAP to
  • maximize equipment reliability.

Parts Room Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Supervise parts room, inventory, and its employees.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to oversee purchasing of all MRO.
  • Manage inventory stock levels to maintain high equipment availability.
  • Ensure all regulatory and internal compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

At

least 1 year

of

  • experience as a maintenance planner or coordinator preferred
  • .
  • At least 1 year of experience managing maintenance inventories preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of industrial maintenance.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • .
  • Aptitude to learn new systems and processes.

Computer Skills

Proficiency with computers is a must. Experience with ERP

and CMMS

  • software (SAP Preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and Business Intelligence tools (Qlik Sense Preferred) is desired.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies is required.

Physical Requirements

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50#.
