Responsible for grading the carcasses in the cooler department.

Requirements

Must know or learn the following positions

  • Grading scanner, grading tagger, carcass pusher, carcass switcher, cold scale operations, hot scale operations, ribbing cattle, sawing cattle, sorting and organizing cattle.
  • Must assist cooler management in all areas.
  • Ability to work a flexible work, start time is 4:30 am but subject to change.
  • Must be reliable.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
