Position Summary

As the HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • you will
  • support INNIO’s growth in Latin America by managing the end-to-end recruiting process for key roles across the region. Based in

El Salto / Guadalajara, Mexico, the

HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

partners closely with hiring managers, regional leaders, and global HR teams to attract, select, and onboard talent for Mexico, Brazil and other LATAM countries. In addition to recruiting, the role supports selected

regional HR projects

with clear business impact, contributing to process improvement, employee experience, HR data quality, and cross-country collaboration.

Essential Functions

Own and coordinate the

end-to-end recruitment process

for roles across LATAM, including intake meetings, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, offer preparation, and process follow-up.

Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define target candidate profiles, align recruiting priorities, and provide regular updates on pipeline, market feedback, risks, and next steps.

Coordinate and support

a smooth

preboarding and onboarding experience

, ensuring timely communication, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and handover to the relevant HR and business contacts.

Prepare and maintain recruiting and HR data, reports, and basic analysis to support decision-making, identify process bottlenecks, and recommend practical improvements.

Support regional HR projects with strong business impact, especially in the areas of recruiting effectiveness, onboarding improvement, employee experience, HR process standardization and regional requirements.

Work closely with global HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and regional HR/business stakeholders to support consistent implementation of selected HR initiatives in LATAM.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee and candidate data in relevant HR systems, ensuring appropriate documentation and process discipline.

Manage confidential employee data and partner with third-party HR providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Act as an HR Generalist for HR projects assigned within the LATAM region, in coordination with the Senior HR Manager.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on
  • recruiting / talent acquisition, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience managing or coordinating the
  • full recruiting lifecycle, preferably for
  • s
  • ales,
  • s
  • ervice, technical service, commercial, or field-based roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • , Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.

Fluent in

Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Strong communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work across countries, cultures, and time zones in a structured and service-oriented way.

Good understanding of HR processes and basic awareness of local labor-law requirements, with the ability to escalate specialized legal, payroll, or compliance topics to the appropriate expert.

High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and reliability when handling candidate and employee information.
