Location

• What You’ll Do – Accountabilities

Essential Duties

Design and facilitate professional development sessions that support teachers and leaders in implementing evidence-based

ELA

• practices.
• Collaborate with National Coaches and the Academic Services Team to develop and implement effective

ELA

• instruction for students.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to teachers and leaders to ensure fidelity of implementation of

ELA

• instruction.
• Conduct regular classroom observations to identify areas of strength and growth in

ELA

• instruction.
• Collect and analyze

ELA

• data to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisions.
• Collaborate with campus and regional leadership to develop and implement

ELA

• improvement plans based on data analysis.
• Communicate regularly with regional leaders about student progress and instructional initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and trends in

ELA

• instruction.
• What You Bring - Competencies

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s

degree required;

Master’s

• degree preferred
• Valid teaching certification.

Minimum of

3

• years of classroom teaching experience.
• Experience as

a

ELA

coach

,

• instructional coach
• , or schools leader
• preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based

ELA

• practices and instructional strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate effective professional development sessions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience working with data to inform instructional decisions.
• Knowledge of current

ELA

trends and research.

What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits

Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $66,000 and $80.000

, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity.

This role is also eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment
