About The Role
Role Mission
The After School Site Administrator will design and coordinate programming for priority students, focusing on academic support, enrichment opportunities, and college/career readiness outside of regularly scheduled school hours and days. Site Administrators (SAs) will ensure 100% of student and parent involvement goals are met by developing well-rounded programming
opportunities
in
- academic

- readiness,
and
enrichment. SAs will work with campus principals to ensure after school programs enhance the vision and priorities of the school and serve as a business partner to other IDEA stakeholders, at the campus level, district level, and with external partners.
Functional responsibilities of the role also include adhering to data tracking, recording and reporting deadlines, and other requirements as set forth by the district and funding entity.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas, with preference given to
candidates
who
live
in
the
Rio
Grande
Valley,
San
Antonio,
Austin,
Greater
Houston,
Permian Basin, or who are willing to relocate. This role will require up to approximately 15% travel annually.
Typically,

- and/or large event support or meetings. Work is primarily conducted between 9:30am and 6:30pm Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

This
is
an

and
salaries
for
people
entering this role typically fall between $55,174 and $63,450, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.

programming

the

Ensure

- each semester (Academic Support, Enrichment, College/Career Readiness, and Family
- Engagement).
