Location

This is a full-time hybrid position based in [Region] with preference given to candidates who live in the region or who are willing to relocate.

Travel Expectation

Compensation & Benefits

Salaries for people entering this role typically start between $66,000 and $80,000

, commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on individual and organizational performance and goal attainment.

Major Duties and

Responsibilities

  • Provides support and assistance to classroom teachers

  • in the full and skillful implementation of integrated and designated English Language Development (ELD).
  • Conducts classroom observations, specific to language development and provides

  • support for all teachers
  • and leaders
  • with clear next steps and follow-up process

  • Provides on-site staff development to ensure that teachers are knowledgeable about data-driven learning and effective instructional strategies related to

  • in building an interactive classroom environment focused on the content and learning strategies embedded

  • Conducts demonstration and model lessons in classroom to ensure that all teachers

  • have been trained to an advanced level of delivery and are using instructional materials as designed, specific to integrated and designated ELD.
  • Serves as a resource in identifying appropriate instructional strategies and interventions to improve student achievement for all students including English Learners
