Location
This is a full-time hybrid position based in [Region] with preference given to candidates who live in the region or who are willing to relocate.
Travel Expectation
- Regular travel to campuses required (
- up to 40% of the time during the busiest parts of the year)

Compensation & Benefits
Salaries for people entering this role typically start between $66,000 and $80,000
, commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on individual and organizational performance and goal attainment.

Major Duties and
Responsibilities
- Provides support and assistance to classroom teachers
- and campus leaders
- in the full and skillful implementation of integrated and designated English Language Development (ELD).
- Conducts classroom observations, specific to language development and provides
- coaching
- support for all teachers
- and leaders
- with clear next steps and follow-up process
- .
- Provides on-site staff development to ensure that teachers are knowledgeable about data-driven learning and effective instructional strategies related to
English Language Development (
ELD
)

Supports

- in building an interactive classroom environment focused on the content and learning strategies embedded
- into established curriculum/curricula

- Conducts demonstration and model lessons in classroom to ensure that all teachers
- and leaders
- have been trained to an advanced level of delivery and are using instructional materials as designed, specific to integrated and designated ELD.
- Serves as a resource in identifying appropriate instructional strategies and interventions to improve student achievement for all students including English Learners

- students enrolled in Special Education Programs, and students with diverse learning needs.
