Barista/Server (Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 8:30pm)

Essential Functions

• Greets customers entering restaurant.
• Provides customers with drink menus and answers questions regarding menu and ingredients.
• Takes orders and is mindful of details and requests (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios).
• Prepares beverages according to established recipes.
• Serves beverages and prepared food.
• Receives and process payments.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar area.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required.
• Relevant barista training and experience, a plus.

Special Requirements/Certification

• California Food Handler’s certificate required.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate required.

Pay Range

$18.00-$20.00/hr
