Description

Enphase is seeking Technical Support Technician to join our

Customer Service Organization

to

  • provide on-site
  • support
  • to customers of our Storage and Solar products.
  • This role will be responsible
  • to make sure best in class service is provided to customers by working in close coordination with
  • Engineering, Training, Sales, Customer Service, Product Line Management and Facilities.

Responsibilities

Travel is required to cover

the

  • area of responsibilities of our customers.
  • Service of Enphase (internal) PV and Storage systems in area of the Field Service Technician.

Attend

  • customer site
  • s and update Enphase CS with resolution details
  • .
  • Perform onsite testing and diagnostics of system performance and behavior
  • Complete solar maintenance reports and paperwork
  • Complete microinverter maintenance and update Enlighten monitoring system with changes
  • Utilize relevant tools such as drills, level, square, tape measure, ladders, etc
  • .
  • Run conduit, copper pipe, flex, and pull wire
  • Participate in regular safety trainings
  • Maintain tool management standards
  • Respond to customer needs promptly; Provide appropriate customer service
  • Perform other duties as needed or directed

  • Trains new installers on Enphase best practice installations
  • Detail Oriented, ability to review designs and develop a job specific BOS
  • Ability to work independently without oversight

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience specific to electrical installations
  • and service
  • Commercial or Residential Electrical license
  • required
  • EG A grade
  • Clean Energy Council accreditation
  • Desired Enphase will arrange for the training if not held
  • Valid state driver
