Minimum Requirements

• 2–5 years of leadership experience (dental, medical, hospitality, or retail)
• Strong communication + organizational skills
• Open availability on weekends as needed
• Clear background and drug screening

• ✅ Dentrix (or similar) software knowledge
• ✅ Insurance billing & A/R experience
• ✅ Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
