💼 What We Offer

Base Salary

$52,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)

• 🎯

Performance Bonuses

$10,000 – $20,000 annually

• Some Office Manager roles may require travel between nearby practices as part of operational oversight.
• 🧭 What You Will Do

• 👩‍💼 Lead daily office operations and elevate the patient experience
• 📊 Drive performance, scheduling efficiency, and retention goals
• 🤝 Recruit, coach, and develop front and back office teams
• 🧑‍💼 Partner with HR on hiring, compliance, and employee relations
• 📑 Oversee reporting, budgeting, and supply management
• 🦷 Ensure compliance with all state dental and safety regulations

• 🌎 Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
