an important role

in helping individuals build life skills, achieve personal goals, and remain active in their communities while being part of a supportive and mission driven team.

What You Will Do

Provide hands on support with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, dressing, and mobility

Assist

• with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and medication reminders as needed
• Support individuals in developing independent living skills such as budgeting, communication, and meal planning
• Provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and community outings
• Encourage participation in social, recreational, and volunteer activities such as fitness, crafts, Special Olympics, and community events
• Implement behavioral support strategies and use

• Collaborate with nurses, behaviorists, nutritionists, and other clinical team members to provide well rounded care

Assist

with goal planning, progress tracking, and skill development

Maintain

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn with no prior experience
