If so, Granger's Interiors team may be the perfect place to grow your <career.As> an Interiors Estimator, you'll play a critical role in the preconstruction process by developing accurate, competitive estimates for interior construction projects. Beyond estimating, you'll help support business growth by building industry relationships, identifying new opportunities, and staying attuned to emerging market trends that help position the Interiors Division for long-term success.Working closely with project managers, field leaders, vendors, trade partners, and customers, you'll help shape projects long before construction begins and ensure they are set up for success every step of the <way.You> Will:Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for interior construction projectsReview drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope requirements, risks, and opportunitiesSolicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposalsDevelop scopes of work and assist in preparing complete bid packagesCollaborate with Operations and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project handoffsParticipate in value engineering efforts and identify cost-saving opportunities for customers and project teamsMaintain and strengthen relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and industry partnersSupport business development efforts by identifying opportunities, assisting with customer outreach, and helping grow relationships with new and existing clientsResearch market trends, industry developments, and emerging market opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives within the Interiors DivisionParticipate in bid-day activities, proposal preparation, and project pursuit strategiesHelp ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and aligned with project goals, customer expectations, and company objectivesRepresent Granger's values through professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional customer serviceWhat You BringYou are analytical, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused. You enjoy solving problems, collaborating with others, and looking beyond the numbers to understand how projects come together.
