We operate in short feedback loops, support one another without ego, and are deeply motivated by the opportunity to build foundational infrastructure for the future of money.JOB SUMMARYWe're seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of features and products across the stack, from user-facing interfaces to reliable backend infrastructure. You'll work closely with product, design, operations, finance, and external partners and customers to gather requirements, prototype quickly, and ship with confidence. You have strong product taste, a bias toward MVP thinking, and are as comfortable reasoning about user experience as you are about backend systems, API design, or database schemas. Our stack includes TypeScript, React, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana. This is a role where you'll own it end to end, from the first prototype through launch, iteration, and beyond.We value real-time collaboration and prefer candidates located close to Eastern Time, while welcoming exceptional engineers from Pacific Time through ET+2. Regardless of location, your working hours will need to substantially overlap with ET business hours.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of fullstack development experience, with 3+ years in TypeScript/Node.js and a modern frontend framework (React preferred)Fluency with relational databases and SQLProven ability to ship production systems, frontend and backend, with high uptime and minimal maintenance burdenStrong product instincts and an eye for good design; you can work from a Figma file but will also push back when something doesn't feel rightComfortable working directly with external partners and customers on requirements gathering, integration, and iterative feature developmentMVP mindset: you know how to scope a milestone, ship it, learn from it, and iterate fastStrong commitment to clean code principles and automated testingDeep understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patternsExcellent communication skills and experience collaborating across product, design, and operations in remote, asynchronous environmentsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments where you've worn many hatsTrack record of prototyping and launching customer-facing products, not just internal toolsFamiliarity with performance profiling, latency reduction, and service-level adherenceBackground in designing and operating event-driven architecturesExpertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and GrafanaPassion for building tools, internal or external, that meaningfully improve how people work with moneyHands-on experience building in crypto, including working with onchain libraries/services and integrating with blockchain infrastructureExperience integrating with blockchain node software (e.g., Geth, Solana validators)
