Plant Maintenance Tech

American Concrete Products is a leading manufacturer of quality concrete products for various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance welder to join our team. The maintenance welder will be responsible for maintaining and repairing forms, machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations and maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and welding on forms, machinery, and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating, cleaning, and adjusting equipment.
• Operation of MIG and Stick (SMAW) welding machines
• Detect and diagnose issues using testing equipment and diagnostic tools
• Other general labor/maintenance duties as assigned
• High school diploma or GED w/ 1-2 years of related welding experience is required
• SMAW and MIG welding experience
• Fabrication experience
• Must be able to read blueprints with ease
• Some experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role required
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems a plus
• Pay rate between $20-$25
• FULLTIME YEAR-ROUND WORK
