As a member of Boston Scientific’s Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) team, the graduate will support health economic and market access strategies for the cardiovascular portfolio across the UK. This role is a 12-month contract, starting October 2026 and will be a hybrid role, with regular attendance at our Hemel Hempstead office for part of the working week. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of health economics and market access strategies to facilitate funding, reimbursement and patient access to Boston Scientific's cardiovascular portfolio across the UKDevelop an understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including NHS funding mechanisms, NICE guidance, reimbursement pathways and the factors influencing market access strategy and executionPrepare presentations, reports and supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, NHS decision-makers, NICE and reimbursement or procurement bodiesConduct literature reviews, evidence synthesis, epidemiological research and healthcare landscape analyses to support health technology assessment (HTA), reimbursement and commercial initiativesContribute to the development and local adaptation of health economic and market access tools, including value dossiers, economic models, reimbursement/access submissions, business cases, evidence summaries and budget impact analyses Assist with the implementation and communication of national and local market access initiatives, including supporting the dissemination of NICE guidance and other reimbursement activities across the cardiovascular portfolioWork alongside the Health Economics and Market Access and Public Affairs teams to support external engagement activities with NHS organisations, professional societies, industry bodies, policymakers and patient organisations to help improve patient access to innovative medical technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, and Government Affairs, to support evidence generation, market access initiatives and the successful implementation of HEMA tools and resources What are we looking for in a candidate? Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in health economics or life sciences.
