Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise systems environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute within a dynamic team of IT professionals while supporting the technology needs of a global professional services organization.

• Gain broad exposure to Hill’s enterprise systems and support ongoing system optimization initiatives.
• Assist with the implementation of new business applications, as well as enhancements and upgrades to existing systems.
• Provide application support, end-user training, and continuous process improvement across supported platforms.
• Develop ad hoc reports and perform data analysis for Deltek Vantagepoint Finance and CRM data.
• Develop ad hoc reports and perform data analysis for Human Resources data using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications BI Publisher.
• Provide reporting support for users of Hill’s Deltek Vantagepoint platform and other enterprise systems.
• Develop models and functional specifications for business intelligence solutions.
• Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, including design, development, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and Executive Management.
• Provide Tier 3 support by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving user tickets submitted through ServiceNow.
• Experience with SQL, Visual Studio, SQL Server and Oracle databases, data services, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Qlik.
• Familiarity with ERP and cloud-based applications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Vision CRM is preferred.
• Working knowledge of financial and human resources concepts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established guidance and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field required
• Professional experience of 5+ years in a related field is a plus.
