About The Role

As our Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, supporting your team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing team.
  • Managing daily practice operations, administration, and workflow processes.
  • Overseeing reception and front-of-house functions to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Coordinating staff rosters and supporting workforce planning.
  • Monitoring practice performance and operational efficiency.
  • Managing patient enquiries and resolving issues professionally and effectively.
  • Fostering a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused culture.
  • Supporting clinicians and team members to achieve both clinical and business goals.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position working 41 hours per week

  • Monday: 8:15am – 5:15pm (60 Mins unpaid lunch)
  • Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:15pm (60 Mins unpaid lunch)
  • Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:15pm (60 Mins unpaid lunch)
  • Thursday: 8:00am – 6:15pm (60 Mins unpaid lunch)
  • Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm (45 Mins unpaid lunch)

We're looking for an organised and proactive leader who enjoys supporting people and delivering exceptional service.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have

  • Previous experience in a Practice Manager, Office Manager, Team Leader, or similar leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, medical, or another customer-focused industry would be highly advantageous.
