About the Role
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation across four key workstreams: Finance, HCM, Technical, and Data Migration/Integration .
Each Project Manager will take ownership of their assigned workstream, coordinating stakeholders, project activities, risks, dependencies, schedules, and deliverables to support successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project activities for an assigned ERP workstream.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate business, technical, and implementation stakeholders.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status to leadership.
- Facilitate project meetings and working sessions.
- Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation, and deployment activities as applicable to the workstream.
- Support cross-workstream coordination and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Ensure deliverables remain on schedule and meet quality expectations.
Workstream Areas
Candidates will be aligned to one of the following
- Finance – Financial ERP processes and implementation.
- HCM – Human Capital Management and related ERP processes.
- Technical – Technical implementation, systems, architecture, and technology coordination.
- Data Migration/Integration – Data migration, integrations, interfaces, and related implementation activities.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing large system enhancements, replacements, or ERP implementations.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise projects.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud experience strongly preferred and highly valued.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Candidates with an active PMP certification will be viewed favorably.
- Experience relevant to the specific workstream is preferred.
Important Project Requirements
- Must be available onsite in Jefferson City, Missouri , Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Central.
- Remote work is subject to state approval and may be revoked.
- Must successfully pass a Missouri State Highway Patrol fingerprint background check.
- This is a 100% dedicated assignment with no split allocation to another client.
