Janitorial Clerk Porter

PURPOSE OF POSITION

• The Porter is responsible for cleaning and maintaining general areas in the

• entire store, including the entrance and exit vestibules. He/she must also clean and
• maintain rest rooms, break rooms, and office areas. He/she must maintain the chemical
• supply area in a clean/sanitary and visually appealing manner. There may be some
• customer contact in this position; therefore the clerk must have good customer service
• skills.
