Primary Purpose

Load cones on a moving line and responsible for removing all breast, tenders, and wings from the bird.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Must be able to effectively use a knife with fine manipulation skills in separating the joint that holds the breast and wing to the carcass frame on a moving line at a determined pace.
• Identify if any bones are left on the breast after the initial cut and remove them.
• Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support the Goal Zero mission statement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
