What we're looking for

We are looking for a SDE 2 to join our rapidly expanding Engineering team.

Responsibilities

Engage in

• requirements discussions
• with the product team to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Develop and maintain the
• backend of the Zinier ecosystem
• with a focus on high-quality, scalable code.
• Investigate and resolve
• product issues
• in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Optimize applications for
• performance, speed, and scalability

Contribute to

• training initiatives
• to upskill team members across the company.
• Maintain and update
• technical documentation
• to ensure knowledge sharing.

Mentor

junior engineers, fostering best practices and engineering principles.

Conduct

• code reviews
• to maintain high development standards.

Collaborate in an

for sprint planning, backlog management, and issue tracking.

Skill Requirements

Backend (Primary Focus)

• Strong knowledge and experience in
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

• 4-6 years of experience
• Strong understanding of
• Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development

Experience in

Test-Driven Development (TDD) with Spring Boot

Proficiency in
