Zantech is looking for a talented
Senior Technology Solutions Architect
to contribute to the success of our upcoming Program Management and Cyber Support Services project for an Onsite role based out of Arlington, VA.
The
Senior Technology Solutions Architect
will play a crucial role in providing
Technology Support
- Technology strategy and innovation
- Business process analysis and optimization
- AI/ML integration and automation
- Dashboard and data visualization development
- Collaboration platform management (classified and unclassified)
The
Senior Technology Solutions Architect
serves as the lead for technology modernization and innovation efforts, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of cybersecurity technology and operates with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the digital infrastructure while integrating advanced technologies including artificial intelligence, data visualization tools, and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to
- Support enhancement of technical capabilities ensuring the organization remains at forefront of cybersecurity innovation
- Support design, development, and maintenance of digital infrastructure
- Ensure infrastructure meets needs of both internal staff and external stakeholders
- Enable the project to operate more efficiently and effectively through integration of advanced technologies
- Conduct business process analysis to identify areas where technology can improve operational workflows
- Assess current technology environment and identify bottlenecks
- Propose solutions that leverage modern tools and platforms
- Recommend adoption of AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks such as data analysis, incident triage, and reporting
- Integrate advanced technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), data visualization tools, and collaboration platforms
- Support development of dashboards and visual tools providing real-time visibility into operations
- Enable leadership and stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators
- Create tools to track progress of cybersecurity initiatives
- Design and configure secure environments for piloting new technological solutions
- Manage and maintain collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePoint
- Ensure platforms are optimized for both Classified and Unclassified communications
- Identify new tools and platforms that can enhance the mission
- Provide recommendations based on emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity domain
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions
- Experience with business process analysis and workflow optimization
- Experience integrating collaboration platforms in government environments
- Experience with both classified and unclassified system architectures
Skills Required
Understanding of operational and technical requirements
Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications for cybersecurity operations
Proficiency with collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePoint
Experience with data visualization and dashboard development tools
Understanding of federal security requirements including DHS Management Directive 4300 series, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) systems, and National Security Systems requirements
Ability to conduct business process analysis and identify technology solutions
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and operational environments

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or related field

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
ITIL v4 Foundation or higher

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
