About The Role

Who We Are

Join a team that values accuracy and accountability. As a UAT Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between product requirements and end-user experience, ensuring our financial applications perform flawlessly. Onsite in Phoenix with full family health coverage and flexible hours.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

  • Review user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for clarity and completeness.
  • Develop and execute UAT test cases, scripts, and data sets.
  • Coordinate UAT cycles with business users and development teams.

  • Provide clear defect reports with reproducible steps and impact analysis.
  • Communicate UAT progress, risks, and readiness clearly to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend enhancements to testing processes and environments.
  • Collaborate with QA and development to strengthen validation coverage.
  • Participate in retrospectives to improve test design and feedback loops.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of UAT, software QA, or business systems testing experience.

  • Experience validating financial, data-driven, or workflow-heavy applications preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with both business stakeholders and developers.
