About The Role

  • 1.负责研发先进工艺模块 WET部门的WET&Gas etch的研发工作；
  • 2.负责对WET&Gas Etch的先进设备和化学品评估工作；
  • 3.负责部门内外部的project管理；
  • 4.负责对外部门的日常协调工作。
  1. 3年以上12寸半导体WET PE经验, 有RD经验为佳；
  2. 精通WET和Gas Etch制程和机台；
  3. 有一定的project管理能力和经验。
