Lead
you will play a critical role in delivering an experience that is thrilling, welcoming, and above all, safe.
In this role, you will support the YMCA mission by creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient experience at Sky Trail® events and parties! Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director, you will:
Oversee and support food service, guest transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized facility
Oversee and support event and party set up, take down and guest experience
Lead and oversee the preparation and serving of food items while following all health and safety guidelines, as well as wash and sanitize dishes, equipment, and work areas
Process transactions and ticketing, ensure waivers are completed before issuing wristbands, and provide friendly, professional service to all guests
Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory, stocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition
This is a guest-facing role requiring friendly, attentive service while accommodating needs such as allergies and dietary restrictions. Strong organization, communication, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment are key. If you enjoy working with people and creating great guest experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Meets Sky Trail health and physical requirements
- Highly motivated, organized, personable, enthusiastic displaying leadership abilities
Food Handlers Certification
Adaptable, flexible, and enjoy variety in your work environment including weekends and non-business hour workdays
Model the YMCA core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility; implement character development and the YMCA core values in all programs and all aspects of Center operations
Must be able to pass background and drug screening
Pay Rate
$17.00-$20.00/hour
