Your mission
Develop and expand XCMG Earthmoving Equipment sales across France
Build and manage a high-performing dealer network
Acquire and grow rental company partnerships nationwide
Develop and manage key accounts
Achieve annual sales and market share targets
Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback
Coordinate pricing and product improvements with HQ in China
Your profile
Minimum 5 years construction machinery sales experience in France
Strong knowledge of French market
Proven track record in Earthmoving Equipment sales
Experience with dealers and rental companies
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Autonomous, field-oriented, result-driven mindset
Fluent French and professional English required for daily communication
