Head of Product (m/f/d)

Your mission

Primefold builds AI-native platforms that transform fragmented data into real-time strategy. We connect unstructured feedback, structured data and domain knowledge so organizations can understand what their people and customers actually experience, and act on it. We build for complex, high-stakes environments where decisions depend on large amounts of unstructured information and disconnected systems.

What you will do

Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our platform

Translate complex business problems and customer needs into a clear product direction

Define and track the metrics that measure product success

Lead and grow a cross-functional team of product, design and engineering talent

Partner with engineering to ship AI-powered workflows using LLMs, retrieval, agents and structured extraction

Work directly with customers to understand workflows, constraints and unmet needs

Drive go-to-market alignment with sales, marketing and leadership

Balance speed of iteration with product quality, UX, reliability and trust

Make clear prioritization and trade-off decisions under ambiguity

Turn repeated customer patterns into scalable product capabilities

Your profile

What you bring

5+ years of product leadership experience, including taking technically complex products from 0-to-1 and scaling them to repeatable business impact in a high-growth environment

Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products or substantial AI capabilities used by real customers, with working knowledge of LLMs, retrieval, tool use, agentic workflows, structured extraction and human-in-the-loop systems

Data and experimentation fluency: event instrumentation, funnels, cohorts, activation, retention, statistical significance, guardrail metrics; and the ability to investigate product performance independently using analytics tools (ideally SQL)

Enterprise-ready thinking: understanding of access controls, SSO, security and data governance as part of a coherent product, not one-off features

Awareness of responsible AI and privacy-by-design principles, and the ability to partner with Engineering, Security and Legal on safeguards and release criteria

Operational rigour: experience establishing a product operating system that connects strategy to measurable initiatives, time-bound projects and focused execution cycles

An AI-native working style; you use modern AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, prototyping and decision-making while applying appropriate judgment

Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly to engineers, customers and executives
