Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist

Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requisition to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive talent pipelining. Act as the Key User for our Applicant Tracking System (Cornerstone), managing the end-to-end recruitment workflow and continuously improving recruitment processes. Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external recruitment agencies while ensuring effective collaboration and recruitment excellence. Monitor recruitment KPIs, maintain recruitment and headcount reporting, and provide meaningful insights to support data-driven decision-making. Support and drive HR projects and annual HR processes, including Performance Management, Employee Engagement Surveys, Job Architecture, and the continuous digitalization of HR processes.
