Role & Responsibilities: Consolidate procurement activities and reduce transaction volumes by streamlining processes and adopting best practices. Drive commercial process efficiency and achieve savings through touchless buying and digital interventions. Drive Business Partner Optimization across sector by devising End to End Contract. Ensure optimal inventory levels by maximizing use of ARCs and VMI models. Drive spares procurement through effective engagement with O&M partners, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness. Ensuring robust controls and governance across the procurement function by ensuring all commercial contracting processes are transparent, fully compliant, and executed with high efficiency. Introduce and drive AI enabled cutting edge technology in P2P cycle. Develop and implement strategies for value generation through waste Mentor and build capability within the commercial team and develop future leaders. Experience & Qualification: Graduate in Engineering with MBA (preferred). Minimum 15 years of experience in Commercial roles Strong knowledge of supply chain, strong vendor base for supply and services Interpersonal in techno commercial skill Proven ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and driving business outcomes.
