QIDP (Unit 2)

Day-to-day responsibilities of this position: Supervise and manage multiple supervisory level staff members. Oversee care, programmatic, vocational, medical and comprehensive care for individuals with intellectual and/or other disabilities. Is the interdisciplinary team leader for individuals receiving care at The Utah State Developmental Center. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills while working within and supervising teams. Writes and implements I.P.P. and other care plans for individuals receiving care in I.C.F.I.D. Has previously developed leadership skills and abilities.
