T&I Project Manager-Configuration & Delivery

This job maintains the tickets within the project management and tracking system for the Technology Innovation (T I) team during the Configuration stage and across the project lifecycle. Participates in planning and coordination meetings involving the development and implementation of technology projects in partnership with the Division of Technology Services (DTS). Acts as the product management layer and primary communication conduit between business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), organizational leaders, and DTS Project Managers. Gathers and analyzes report information for management planning, tracks development sprint progress, and monitors ongoing project activity to ensure successful handoffs through product review, training, and continuous improvement stages.
