Director - HCM IT Lead & Business Partner

The Director, IT HCM Lead & Business Partner is accountable for end‑to‑end leadership of Waters’ Human Capital Management (HCM) technology landscape, serving as both the IT HCM platform lead and the primary IT business partner to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).Acting as a trusted advisor to HRIS leadership, this role ensures HR capabilities are enabled through scalable, secure, and well‑governed technology solutions that support global workforce strategy, operational excellence, and continuous transformation. This role will support strategic direction, roadmap, and value realization of HR technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP integrations, and Other Critical Integrations (Payroll, Travel & Expense, etc).
