Sr Principal Enterprise Architect

Waters is seeking a SeniorPrincipal Enterprise Architect to provide enterprise‑wide architectural leadership during a pivotal period of transformation. This role is responsible for shaping Waters’ long‑term technology direction while playing a critical leadership role in the integration of BD businesses, platforms, and data into the Waters ecosystem. As a senior individual contributor with broad influence, the Principal Enterprise Architect will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution—guiding complex architectural decisions, enabling large‑scale integration programs, and ensuring that near‑term transformation choices support long‑term scalability, resilience, and value creation.
