Light Assembly- 4 day/10 hours

Pay tops out at $23.50/hour (plus shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts) Responsibilities: Assemble lift truck components per work instructions Follow all Safety and Ergonomic programs & guidelines Perform basic quality checks as required Participate in team based continuous improvement activities Perform other work as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality Additional Information: Position in located in New Bremen, OH Shifts: 1st (5:00am-3:10pm Monday-Thursday), 2nd (2:50pm-1:00am Monday-Thursday) and 3rd (7:00pm-5:10am Monday night-Friday night) On the job training provided Promotional opportunities available after 12 months Climate controlled working environment Must be able to stand for 10 hours Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
