About The Role
In the appointment of Teaching Assistant, your general duties and responsibilities will be: Preparing, delivering and/or attending lectures; demonstrating, marking, student consulting, invigilating, supervising field trips and conferring with the supervisor in charge as required by the assignment. Your general location of work will be 2E45 agriculture building and you will report to Ellen Misfeldt. Course Name, Abbreviation and Number: AGRC 111.3: Introduction to Plant and Soil Sciences Required Number of Hours : 31 hours during the academic term Duration of Employment : 2026 Fall Term Start and End Dates: October 18 to December 31 Qualifications (Skills and Abilities Strong background in basic botany and botanical terminology Background in agricultural field crops Minimum of a <B.Sc>. degree or equivalent. You must be registered in a graduate program.
