The Small Metals lab monitor's responsibilities are as follows; *Monitor the small metals labs ensuring safe practices are being followed *Check in lab visitors *Perform other shop maintenance tasks such as changing pickle, cleaning sinks, vacuuming shops, sweeping, refilling paper towel dispensers and other tasks as needed, loading dewaxer, loading kiln. *Turn on and off welding gas for metals shops *Ensure shops are clean and secure at the end of shift.r metals shop *Ensure shops are clean and secure at the end of shift.
