We are looking for a senior change practitioner with clear business acumen from complex transformations in global environments with the ability to lead, design & drive change in programmes & projects.
Our ideal candidate is not only a well-versed change manager, but also a strategic thinker, prepared to guide clients on their journey toward data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions.
What you’ll do
Develop and implement
end-to-end OCM strategies for programmes & projects
Design and
- lead impact assessments, change readiness, stakeholder mapping & change networks to drive organisational impact
- Advise and coach clients to develop internal change capability and maturity
- Conceptualise and execute innovative communication activities and campaigns to spark attention & desire
- Design training needs analyses and drive development of training that changes behaviours and increases adoption
- Map benefits, engage benefit owners
and

- Qualifications, we hope you will bring
- Proven results as a senior advisor in enterprise environments, with a proven ability to navigate complex organisational landscapes.
- A Master's degree, potentially in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications, such as PROSCI ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, PMP/PRINCE2, SAFe Agilist.
- 6+ years experience working as an external consultant at a consulting house or with a mixture of both consulting and industry experience.
- A commercially driven mindset, complemented by hands-on experience in sales or business development
- Leadership qualities, with a dedication to mentoring and empowering team members to reach their full potential
- Excellent communication skills, adept at connecting with and engaging diverse audiences in both Danish and English.
