The OGC Lawyer – Conflicts and Ethics is an integral part of Latham’s Office of the General Counsel team. This role will be responsible for supporting a number of compliance programs including new business and conflicts intake and general regulatory risk management, while developing and maintaining substantive knowledge of and familiarity with the legal ethics, and professional responsibility rules applicable in the firm’s geographic jurisdictions, particularly those outside of the United States Latham’s procedures, policies, and practices relating to conflicts and other ethical issues.
