Partner Integration Manager

The Partner Integration Manager is an integral part of Latham’s Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role is responsible for managing the integration of a portfolio of lateral and internally promoted partners, ensuring each partner has the resources, guidance, and support needed to become a fully engaged and productive member of the partnership as quickly and effectively as possible.
