About The Role

Under administrative direction, performs professional level duties that are devoted to a experiential learning (EL) in Kinesiology and Nutrition. The Program Assistant focuses on the execution of day-to-day EL operations. Responsibilities include managing databases and records, tracking student clinical compliance, maintaining affiliation agreements and approved site lists, preparing routine reports, and creating marketing and communication materials. The Coordinator works independently within established processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely support for students and faculty. Duties Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the Experiential Learning (EL) program, including database management, forms, and data collection. Manage student clinical compliance requirements (background checks, drug screenings, vaccinations, HIPAA training, etc.). Consult with students and faculty regarding experiential learning and clinical placement opportunities. Maintain existing affiliation agreements, assist with new agreements, and manage the clinical site list. Maintain accurate and organized program records and communicate routine updates to departmental stakeholders. Create and update internal EL documents, procedures, and templates to support faculty and staff. Prepare reports, presentations, and materials summarizing EL outcomes and participation data. Develop internal and external marketing materials to promote experiential learning opportunities. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
