Your mission

Your mission is to own process engineering across our key development projects — from our First-of-a-Kind facility to the next stages of scale-up. You'll ensure that process design decisions are well-founded, consistently documented, and aligned across teams, while keeping a clear line of sight from today's engineering work to tomorrow's commercial plant.

Your profile

Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of process engineering experience, with a strong track record of leading or coordinating engineering work across multiple projects
  • Proven experience managing engineering change — from design updates and deviation handling to formal change control processes
  • Solid background in process safety, including HAZOP facilitation, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong command of process engineering documentation standards: PFDs, P&IDs, H&MBs, valve and pipe sizing, and safety reviews
  • Experience working with simulation teams or external technical partners to align models with design requirements
  • Familiarity with novel or first-of-a-kind process development environments is a strong plus

  • Valid Work Permit for Germany, or able to obtain a permit
  • Location: Exiting industrial Co-Working Space in Marzahn where we have our own industrial halls to build
