About The Role

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Product Manager to own, shape, and advance the product strategy for our unmanned systems portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for defining requirements, driving roadmap execution, and aligning engineering, business development, and customer stakeholders across complex, multi-year programs. This is a leadership role where you will directly influence how our products are built, positioned, and fielded – ensuring that every system we deliver meets the speed, reliability, and mission-critical standards our defense and security customers depend on.

The day-to-day

Product Strategy & Roadmap: You own strategy and roadmap for our UxV portfolio. Not as a process manager, but as the driving force.

Vision & Prioritization: You define the product Vision & prioritize ruthlessly to defend it. You say no to good ideas to protect great ones

.

Technology & Innovation: You drive the integration of the latest defense technologies and proactively explore new solution spaces with engineering teams.

Market & Strategy: You build deep understanding of the defense unmanned systems market and shape company strategy with your expertise.

Customer Engagement: Together with Business Development and Training, you guide the full customer cycle, from initial ideation through procurement approval.

External Representation: You represent our products at conferences, in whitepapers, and during exercises and industry events.

You should apply if you

Bring multiple years of experience in technical product management in safety-critical, unmanned, or robotic systems across the full product lifecycle

Hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Sience or equivalent – Bachelor's minimum, Master's preferred

Understand the defense domain: you know military and environmental qualification standards for unmanned systems

Have driven complex, multi-year programs across Engineering, business development, and customers – and know when to say no

Translate highly technical material into clear value propositions for both engineering and executive audiences

English is required; German is a plus

Nice to haves

Defense product background, experience developing or operating unmanned systems

Certification experience in dual-use or safety-critical qualification processes

Advanced degree: Master's or higher in Engineering, ML/AI, Robotics, or a related field
