As a QA Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our Quality Management System while supporting daily operational quality activities. You will act as a trusted quality partner across the organization, helping ensure compliance, driving improvements, and promoting a strong quality culture throughout the business.

What will you do?

As QA Officer, you will be responsible for a broad range of operational quality activities, including

  • Coordinating and leading operational quality meetings, including topics such as CAPA, product holds, and quality planning.
  • Investigating and following up on non-conformities, complaints, and other quality-related events.
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments and external manufacturing partners to resolve quality issues.
  • Supporting and participating in both internal and external audits.
  • Executing product release activities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitoring bioburden and pyrogen testing activities.
  • Managing and archiving quality documentation, including batch records and quality files.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for quality-related processes within the ERP system.
  • Writing, reviewing, and maintaining quality procedures, work instructions, and other QMS documentation.
  • Acting as a quality ambassador by promoting awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • What do you bring?

To be successful in this role, you have

  • A relevant technical education at MBO/MBO+ level.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a quality-related position within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
  • A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to balance pragmatism, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and Medical Device Regulations (preferred).
  • Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
