Director of Operations

Truly Good Foods has been Nuts about Snacking for nearly 50 years, it is family and women-owned and focused on its next phase of growth.We're looking for a Director of Operations to lead our manufacturing operation end-to-end and to drive a continuous improvement mindset throughout the operation. Core areas of responsibility include output, efficiency, product quality, safety, cost, and plan attainment. Strategic responsibilities will be focused on capital investment (capability building, efficiency, capacity), process optimization, team succession planning/talent development, strong cross-functional relationship development, and monthly Board reporting, owning all operational results.This role comes with a two-year path to becoming the senior-most operational leader in the company, a core architect of TGF's next stage of growth, not just a seat to maintain.What You'll DoOwn plan attainment, throughput, yield, quality, and cost across all manufacturing linesDual reporting relationship with COO and President, with a seat on the Senior Leadership TeamBuild and mentor a bench of plant supervisors while putting succession plans in placeDrive continuous improvement (lean/Six Sigma) and own the operations budgetContribute to and propose capital projects, assess equipment reliability, and understand and track capacity planningEnsure compliance with food safety, GMP, and OSHA standardsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field8+ years of progressive operations leadership in manufacturingFood, beverage, or CPG experience strongly preferred; distribution/logistics a plusTrack record leading operations for a mid-market company through growth
