Skilled Automotive Technicians
to support a rapidly growing fleet of
autonomous electric vehicles
in Austin. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work keeps advanced EVs safe, reliable, and road-ready every single day.

What You’ll Do
As an
Automotive Technician
, you’ll play a key role in maintaining fleet performance through routine service, light repairs, and field support.
You’ll be responsible for
- Assessing and documenting vehicle damage
- after road incidents
Performing
- minor on-site repairs
- and coordinating major repairs with partner service centers
Completing
- scheduled maintenance and inspections
- (brakes, fluids, AC, tires, etc.)
- Monitoring vehicle condition and
- spotting issues before they become problems
- Supporting field operations with
- vehicle evacuations and towing coordination
- Transporting vehicles to service appointments, repairs, and washes to keep the fleet running smoothly
Maintaining
- shop and fleet cleanliness
- , readiness, and safety compliance

1st Shift
- Monday–Friday |
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift
- Monday–Friday |
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekends
- Saturday–Sunday |
- 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
What We’re Looking For
- You don’t need to know everything about autonomous vehicles on day one—but you
- do
- need strong mechanical fundamentals, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to stay calm when priorities shift.
Required
- Prior experience as an
- automotive technician
- or similar mechanical role
- Strong understanding of
- vehicle systems, diagnostics, and EV fundamentals
Valid
- Texas driver’s license
- + clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality
- Comfortable working around advanced vehicle technology
Highly Preferred
Prior experience as an
EV Technician
- Experience working with
- ADAS-equipped vehicles
