• in Miami, FL. You’ll help test and operate self-driving ride-hailing vehicles, ensuring safe, reliable performance on real roads. This is an on-site position for
• local Miami-area applicants
• who want to work hands-on with next-generation autonomous driving technology.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in real-world environments.
• Take control when necessary to maintain safety.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report performance or safety issues.
• Collect data, provide feedback to engineering teams, and support vehicle readiness.
• Represent the brand with professionalism during all operations.

Training Provided (Paid)

Paid training in

Las Vegas, NV

• (flights and hotel covered).
• After training, daily operations resume in

Miami, FL

.

Pay & Schedule

• $27/hour + up to 7% shift bonus
• for nights/weekends.

Day Shifts

6:45 AM–3:15 PM or 7:45 AM–4:15 PM.

Night Shift

3:45 PM–12:15 AM.

Rotating 5-day schedules

Thursday-Monday

Wednesday-Sunday

Friday-Tuesday

Tuesday-Saturday

Requirements

Must live in

Miami, FL

• and hold a valid Florida driver’s license.
• Clean driving record — no DUIs or criminal history.
• Ability to stay focused and alert for long driving sessions (up to 8 hours/day).
• Strong communication and tech troubleshooting skills.
• What you need to qualify
• 3 years of Professional driving experience (rideshare, delivery, or commercial).
• Regular Driver's licence with no gaps
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or computer systems.
