Utilize Unix command line environments daily to troubleshoot and manage systems. Perform hands-on vehicle readiness checks, including basic cable reconnections. Manage and organize multiple service requests via ticketing systems like Jira. Maintain clear and proactive communication with the team using Slack. Assist with occasional vehicle movement within the garage facility. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in technical and operations support. Proficiency with Unix commands and utilities. Direct experience using Slack and Jira for workflow management. Proven ability to stay organized while handling parallel requests. Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 3 years. Compensation & Scheduling Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour Schedule: Five-day work week Monday - Friday #ZR
