What You’ll Do

As a technician, you will be the face of TruBlue, performing a variety of tasks that keep homes safe and functional.

General Repairs

Tackle "honey-do" lists including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, misc. interior/exterior and flooring repairs.

Safety Upgrades

Install grab bars, ramps, and other accessibility modifications to support seniors.

Maintenance

Perform seasonal home tune-ups and basic plumbing/electrical fixes (e.g., changing fixtures, fixing toilets).

Customer Connection

Build trust with clients through clear communication, respectful behavior, and "clean-as-you-go" professionalism.

Who You Are

Experienced

• 3-5+ years of
• paid
• experience in home repairs, remodeling, or a specialized trade.

Skilled

Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Reliable

You show up on time, every time, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

Empathetic

You enjoy helping people and can communicate effectively with seniors and their families.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable and presentable transportation.
• Full set of basic tools including drill, impact, saw and other carpentry-related tools.
• Must pass a background check.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
