Bathroom/Kitchen Lead Renovator

The Kitchen/Bath Remodeling Tech / Lead Installer plays a crucial role in managing and executing kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. This position requires hands-on technical skills for installation as well as leadership abilities to oversee project progress and coordinate with team members, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Required to have a Driver's License and a reliable vehicle. Responsibilities Lead and supervise installation teams during kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects Install cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, and other remodeling components Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate installations Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met Ensure job sites are maintained safely and efficiently, adhering to company and regulatory standards Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues promptly Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory necessary for remodeling projects Provide training and guidance to junior installers and team members
