This role serves as the primary steward of HR data, ensuring system integrity, delivering actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through reporting, analytics, and data modeling. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with ADP (EV6 preferred), Deltek Vantagepoint, and advanced Excel capabilities within a complex, professional services environment.
